Truck Delivery
Facades and Lighthouses ship via truck. The freight company will contact you prior to delivery to set an appointment. Someone must be present to receive your shipment and a signature is required. You are responsible for unloading the truck (lift gate service is included on the Lighthouse Climber). We suggest that you arrange to have help in order to unload and move the product(s). Prior to signing for the order please inspect the shipment and note any damage on the bill of lading.
